Independence from conversion
A page may link to the product when the workflow is relevant, but a product call to action does not change the factual conclusion. We do not label the product "approved by courts", "compliant worldwide" or "more accurate than a judge" without evidence capable of supporting that exact claim.
Case reporting
Complaints contain allegations. Orders resolve specific issues at a procedural stage. Appeals can change the practical meaning of a ruling. Each case note names the document reviewed and avoids attributing a broad AI rule to a narrow sanctions or copyright decision.
Statistics
We do not rank countries by raw pending-case totals unless the underlying units and scope are demonstrably comparable. A headline number includes its date and category nearby. Estimates are labelled and kept separate from official observations.
Templates
Contract pages provide educational structures and visible choices. They do not present jurisdiction-neutral text as universally enforceable. Bracketed items are a feature: they expose facts that the drafter still needs.
Corrections and removal
Factual errors are corrected. A source link is replaced when an official location changes. We do not accept payment to suppress an accurate public court record, but we will correct identity confusion, procedural status and unsupported characterisation.
