1. Service and operator
Judicial AI Assistant is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Anatoly Nikolaevich Terekhov, taxpayer number 543801783326, registration number 318547600153413. Registration, payment, upload or use constitutes acceptance of the controlling public offer.
2. Drafting tool, not an authority
The service processes documents, photographs, PDFs, text descriptions and instructions to produce a draft legal document, draft judicial text, analysis or refinement. Output is a working draft. It is not a court, lawyer, official legal database, notary or guarantee of outcome. The user must verify facts, amounts, deadlines, jurisdiction, law and authorities.
3. Access and current plans
Authentication may use an email code or other methods shown in the interface. The current public Russian-market prices are 990 RUB for one case and 5,000 RUB for 30 days. The interface and payment form show the binding amount before payment. Work, questions and additional pages within the same legal task remain in the same case under the current product rules.
4. Payment, performance and refunds
Payment is processed by a payment partner. Access is credited after confirmation. Service time depends on file volume, scan quality, PDF size, queue and external providers. If a paid generation ends in a technical failure with no result, the operator may restore generation, restore access or refund. Quality disagreement alone is not automatically a technical failure after a result is delivered.
5. User materials and acceptable use
The user confirms authority to upload materials. Prohibited uses include malicious files, unlawful content, payment circumvention, unauthorised automated mass processing and activity that creates excessive technical load. Materials may be processed by necessary technical providers as described in the privacy and security pages.
6. Liability, law and controlling version
The service is provided as is and may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for unverified use remains with the user and the operator's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. Russian law applies under the controlling offer.
